-

You can access any Saved Views you’ve created from the dashboard toolbar by clicking Views to select a Saved View. Any default view will load automatically when you access the page.
To review or edit Saved Views you've created:
- From the dashboard toolbar, open the Views drop-down and click the edit pencil icon next to the Saved View you want to update.
- From here, you can edit the name, update filters, toggle default settings, and delete views you no longer need.
- Please note: Your last-used Saved View is remembered between sessions.
FAQs
-
What is a Saved View?
A Saved View is a personalized dashboard configuration that allows you to store your preferred filters, sort, and view settings on the Referral Request Status (RRS) page. Once saved, the view can be applied anytime without having to rebuild filters.
-
What’s the difference between Saved Views and filters?
Filters are temporary and reset when the page is refreshed or when you log out. Saved Views, persist across sessions, allowing you to return to a consistent view with a single click.
-
Can I create multiple Saved Views?
Yes. You can create as many Saved Views as needed for different workflows (e.g., “Urgent – Awaiting Response,” “Waitlisted” ). Each view can be renamed, edited, or deleted at any time.
-
How do I make a Saved View my default view?
When saving a view, check the option 'Set as Default'. This view will automatically load each time you open the RRS page. You can change your default view at any time in the Saved Views dropdown menu.
-
What happens if I change filters after loading a Saved View?
You can apply new filters temporarily without changing your saved configuration. If you want to keep those adjustments, simply save them as a new view or update your existing one.
-
Can I share my Saved Views with other users?
Not at this time. Saved Views are user-specific and visible only to the person who created them. Shared or role-based views may be explored in a future phase.
-
Will my Saved Views affect what other users see?
No. Saved Views only change how your personal dashboard is displayed. They do not affect data visibility or anyone else’s view of the referral queue.
-
Will my Saved Views carry over if I switch organizations or roles?
No. Saved Views are tied to your user profile and organization permissions. If you move to a new organization or facility, you’ll need to recreate your views in that environment.
-
What happens if a filter or status option changes in the system?
If a filter or status used in your Saved View is renamed or removed, the view will still load, but may exclude outdated filters. You can edit the view to refresh it with the current options.
-
What is the date range permitted for the new date field?
You may only search for referrals within a 90-day timeframe. For example, if you start your search on July 1, 2025, the latest selectable date would be September 29, 2025. Any date range beyond 90 days will return no results.
