Updating Inpatient/Residential Services
- Click Update Availability into the applicable text box to update the number of available beds by gender and age group
- Update any relevant comments in the ‘Comments’ text box

Click the Update Availability button
- Note: The total number of beds will auto-calculate.

To receive reminders to update the service availability, check the Receive Alerts box in the ‘Update Bed Availability Reminder Alert Notification’ section.
- This exposes additional data fields with drop-down values for you to select your alert method, time(s), and day(s) of the week to receive the alert notifications.
- Click Add Alert to save your preferences and begin receiving alert notifications.
All updates are recorded in the Service Availability Updates History audit log. This log captures the date and time of each update, the service that was updated, the user who made the change, the total number of beds or next available appointment entered, and any comments included with the update.
Administrators can also perform a targeted Search by entering the primary service in the text box to quickly narrow the audit log results.
Updating Outpatient Services
- Click into the applicable Next Available Appointment text box and update accordingly.
- Add any relevant comments in the ‘Comments’ text box

Click the Update Availability button.
- Note: Walk-In access changes must be configured via ‘Service Details’. See the Edit an Existing Service section below for additional information.
