Creating OpenBeds Accounts
To create an OpenBeds account, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Click the drop-down icon beside your name at the top right of the page

Select Manage Users
- Note: You can only create new users for the services your Administrator role is attached to.
- Select +Add New User
- Enter the required new user’s details

Click Next and navigate to the 'Access' tab
- Note: The Access tab will not display until you select a role for the new user on the ‘Details’ tab
- Toggle on the relevant services the end-user requires access to
- Click Save
Updating OpenBeds Permissions
To update an OpenBeds account, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Click the drop-down icon beside your name at the top of the page
- Select Manage Users
- Enter the user’s name or email address in the search bar
- Click on the name of the applicable provider or administrator
- Update any relevant data fields
- Click Save
Deactivating OpenBeds Accounts
- Click the drop-down icon beside your name at the top of the page
- Select Manage Users
- Enter the user’s name or email address in the search bar
- Click on the ellipses to the right of the user’s name

Select Deactivate
- Note: If the user’s account is ‘Active’ or ‘Pending’ you will see the option to deactivate the account. If the user’s account is already deactivated, you will see the option to restore the account.
Reactivating OpenBeds Accounts
- Click the drop-down icon beside your name at the top of the page
- Select Manage Users
- Enter the user’s name or email address in the search bar
- Click on the ellipses to the right of the user’s name

Select Restore Account

Note: If the user’s account is ‘Active’ or ‘Pending’ you will see the option to deactivate the account. If the user’s account is already deactivated, you will see the option to restore the account.
