Referral Notification Overview
The new update aims to streamline your workflows by:
-
Reduce missed alerts caused by email over-notification and spam filtering, contributing to delayed responses.
-
Speeds time-to-action by linking notifications directly to the relevant record.
-
Improves prioritization by consolidating critical status changes (e.g., Pending, Waitlisted) into a single view.
-
Enhances accountability and audit trails with a clear history of notifications and user acknowledgment.
