- Click the "transfer" button to bring up a list of users that are available to receive the contact form.
- Select the name of the organization and reason the form will be transferred, then click the transfer button at the button right of the box.

Upon selection of the name, both users get a link to the form via email and text message.

The secure link will require the new assignee to log into the Crisis Module to view, edit or complete the contact form.
- If you user would like to view the status of the transfer, please select Contact History, the system will show the current status.
