- The zip code from the intake form auto-populates.
- The range defaults to 10 miles but the drop down allows a selection of 5,10,15,30, or All Available.

- The map will show the incident location based on the ”Current Location” provided on the intake form.

Availability will show on the individual team member or unit descriptor as Available or Unavailable.
- Tags will appear on the individual team member in the order with which they are listed in the management console.

- Click the blue "request" button to send assignment.
- A request will send both a text message and a mobile web app message to the mobile crisis team member’s device. Both notifications will provide a clickable address and the ability to review the crisis details.

- When mobile team member accepts the assignment, the dispatcher is notified when the blue request button turns to green and says Accepted.
