Log in to OpenBeds.

On your screen, you should see a list of your Mobile Crisis Unit Response Reports (highlighted below):

Click the drop down arrow on the date range filter (highlighted below):

You will see a calendar appear in the drop-down.

Click on 1/1, then click on 1/20 (or today’s date). You should see all the days highlight blue.

Once the filter has been set to include all of those dates, your filter should reflect that date range (highlighted below):

Once you see all of your dispatches, you should be able to click “edit” on any that are showing in a status other than “completed.” Click “edit” on one that is showing in progress (highlighted below):

Once you click edit, you will be taken to the consumer profile.

If you’ve not selected that you’ve arrived to the crisis (even if it’s older), click “arrived”. If you do not see this arrived button, please skip to step number 9.

Once you click arrived, you will see the “mobile unit” tab appear. Click on that tab:

Once on the mobile unit tab, enter in the required information. You must select a final disposition in order to “close out” the dispatch. Once you’ve entered this information, click “submit and close session:”

Once you click “submit and close session,” you will be taken back to your home screen, where you should now see that that dispatch is set to a completed status:
Once you have cleared out all pending dispatches, you should now be able to set your availability:
