Refer to Treatment Providers (Crisis Operator)

This page outlines how a user can refer to treatment providers.

1. To refer directly to a treatment provider using the OpenBeds digital referral platform, click on the “Refer to Treatment Providers” button.
   
2. You will be brought directly to the OpenBeds Service Availability page.
   1. You will need to enter all criteria and information prior to the search for available options.
      
3. Select the facility to send the referral to by clicking the green arrow:
   
4. Available information from the intake form will pull over. Enter in all required fields and attach any necessary documents:
   
5. Select radial by “Check if referral is voluntary” and click “save":
