Upon arrival, users can access the Mobile Unit tab to update critical crisis incident details.
- If the crisis was accepted, click "Arrived" when arriving at the scene.
- Clicking "Arrived" will provide access to the Mobile Unit tab.
- The Mobile Unit tab allows for a mobile crisis team member to provide critical details about the incident from a mobile device.
- Arrival time will be prepopulated based on when the "Arrived" button was selected.
- Using the + and – signs record the total number of responders on scene.
- Select yes or no depending on whether law enforcement was on the scene or not.
- Enter any notes by typing or by voice dictation.
