This page covers verification codes, password reset emails, and activation emails.
Users do have the ability to request their own verification codes and password reset emails, but if needed, an organization administrator can resend these emails.

How an organization admin can resend an email

Login to OpenBeds.

If multiple accounts are displayed, ensure to select the appropriate administrative account.

Navigate to Manage Users.

Search for the user by entering their name in the search box toward the top right; and filter the results if needed. For full details on how to search for users or filter the user list, see: How to Search for an OpenBeds User or Filter the User List

Once you’ve located the user, click the ellipses in the far right of the row of the user. Select which you wish to resend from the list.
- Users with the status of ‘Pending’ on the ‘Manage User’ page, have not signed into their newly created OpenBeds account. You can resend the activation email or direct these users to log in to change their status to ‘Active’.

A successful message will display on screen.
