This process can be used to search for users, filter the user list, search for an organization, or download the user list/a subset of the user list.
On the Admin tool/manage users screen, the entire user list for the given state is displayed.

Login to OpenBeds.

If multiple accounts are displayed, ensure to select the appropriate administrative account.

Navigate to Manage Users.

To find a user, you can start by keying in their name or email in the Search users box.

Ensure you search thoroughly by searching for last name, email, partial email, etc.

If you are unable to find the user, you can remove your search criteria and use the Filter Results button toward the upper right.

Filter options are displayed. Depending on your access type or level, you may see different role types and multiple organizations.

Here, you can filter by the role, account status, or if you are a state administrator, organization with the organization search box. Organization is a free text field. This enables you to search for organizations or search by organizations.

Check the box for any of the value or values you wish to filter by. The onscreen results will refresh.

Filter pills will display in above the users table for the filters you’ve applied.

You can clear a filter by clicking the X next to the given filter pill, or clear all by clicking Clear all in the search box:
