This page outlines how an an administrative user (Referring Administrator, Receiving Administrator, Crisis Administrator, or OpenBeds System Administrator) can deactivate or reactivate a user account.

Login to OpenBeds.

If multiple accounts are displayed, ensure to select the appropriate administrative account.

Navigate to Manage Users.

The Admin Tool is displayed.

Search for the user. For detailed instructions, see: How to Search for an OpenBeds User or Filter the User List

Click the ellipses to the far right of the user row. Then, click Restore Account or Deactivate Account.

The user’s status will update to and a successful message will display at the top right of the screen:
