Enable Location Services (Mobile Team Member)

Ensure Location Services are Enabled on Your Mobile Device

iPhone on Safari: 

• Navigate to phone settings app -> privacy -> location services 

• Ensure location services is “on” 

• Scroll down to Safari and Websites; ensure location services is “on” 

• If you intend to use a navigation app like Google Maps or Apple Maps for directions to the incident: 

• Scroll down and find your map app; ensure location services is “on” 

• Ensure you are not accessing the OpenBeds site on a private browser 

iPhone on Chrome: 

• Navigate to phone settings app -> privacy -> location services 

• Ensure location services is “on” 

• Scroll down to Chrome; ensure location services is “on” 

• If you intend to use a navigation app like Google Maps or Apple Maps for directions to the incident: 

• Scroll down and find your map app; ensure location services is “on” 

• Ensure you are not accessing the OpenBeds site on a private browser 

Android (any browser):  

• Navigate to phone settings app -> location 

• Ensure location is toggled “on” 

• Tap “App Permissions” 

• Find the browser app and the map app you will be using (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)  

• Ensure location is allowed
