- Log in to OpenBeds, select your Crisis Administrator role
- Click on the “monitoring” tab
- Locate the team member you wish to update availability for
- Select “checked in/checked out” from the “on call” column
- If selecting “checked in,” select the appropriate availability status from the “availability” drop down
- Click Save
Force Changing Status for an MCU who is “stuck” in a Status They Do Not Want to be in
- Log in to OpenBeds, select your Crisis Administrator role
- Click on the “monitoring” tab
- Locate the team member you wish to update availability for
- Select “Available” from the “on call” column
- Click Save
- A prompt will appear that states “This will update the user's availability status. Are you sure you want to continue?”
- Select “Yes”
IMPORTANT!
- Your updates will not save until the “saved” button is clicked
- The “status” column that you will see is the last known call status. It is NOT reflective of the responder’s availability status.
- Never change the status of an MCU that does not belong to your organization
